Frp Filament Winding Equipment

The frp filament winding equipment is used for FRP sand filled pipe production, wet sand mixing, and long pipe winding. The range can cover Φ300-Φ3000 mm diameter, 12500 mm adjustable effective length, 50°-90° winding angle, ±1 mm yarn arrangement accuracy, and spinning speed not lower than 73 m/min.
It is used when glass fiber, resin, and quartz sand need to form a repeated pipe body with controlled layers and a stable path.

The frp filament winding equipment is arranged with a rotating mandrel, yarn feeding parts, resin bath, sand feeding area, and moving carriage. The carriage follows the set path while the mandrel turns at a planned speed. This helps fiber and sand sit in the right place. The control panel can set layers, winding angle, carriage travel, and speed. Space around the resin bath and sand area should stay open for cleaning and yarn change.

The frp filament winding equipment can include winding head, tailstock, trolley, resin bath, guide nozzle, yarn rack, sand feeder, tension device, electrical cabinet, and safety guards. Curing stations or extra mandrels can be added after drawing checking.
