CNC controlled winding machine:
The hoop and helical winding are available by computer program to meet different pressure ratings.
Inner curing:
Quick temperature rise realized by steam heating, quick reaction and curing of epoxy resin. Meanwhile, resin gathered at inner layer of pipe to form a resin rich layer, and the steel mold expansion by heat and pipe wrapping make it better performance of strength and leakage of inner layer of pipe.

CNC controlled temperature:
The temperature could be monitored and adjusted automatically for different stages and times.
Four mandrels:
Four mandrels rotating simultaneously, two mandrels for winding and another two for curing, which achieves high efficiency.

GRE (Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy) pipes are produced using the filament winding method, where continuous glass fiber rovings are impregnated with epoxy resin and wound onto a rotating mandrel to build the pipe's wall thickness.
After winding, the resin cures in an oven, and the mandrel is extracted. The pipes are then cut, machined at the ends, and undergo rigorous visual, dimensional, and hydrostatic testing before being ready for use.
