Constant-tension fiber feeding, automatic resin-ratio adjustment and programmable winding-trajectory calculation ensure stable wall-thickness and mechanical performance for batch-produced composite parts.
According to customer's target workpiece and hourly-output requirement, modules can be flexibly combined: fiber creel station, impregnation unit, main winding host, curing system, trimming machine, automatic demoulding unit and finished-product conveying platform. The control platform supports recipe storage, production-data statistics, fault alarm and remote monitoring.
