Product Description
4V Gantry Winding Machines uses a gantry frame as the main structure. The spindle, carriage, extension arm and guide nozzle axes are driven by servo systems and coordinated by an industrial computer and CNC system. The gantry structure provides a larger travel range in both longitudinal and transverse directions, suitable for winding larger diameter and longer mandrels. After the operator enters product parameters, the system automatically designs the winding pattern. The equipment can wind ordinary glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon fiber prepreg tape, aramid fiber and basalt fiber.
