Product Description
4-Axis Filament Winding Machine uses servo motors to drive four motion axes: spindle rotation, carriage travel, extension arm lifting and guide nozzle flipping, coordinated by an industrial computer and CNC system. After the operator enters product parameters, the system automatically designs the winding pattern. The equipment can wind ordinary glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon fiber prepreg tape, aramid fiber and basalt fiber. For sand-filled pipe production, a wet sand-filled system can be configured to mix quartz sand with resin during winding.
