Product Description
The equipment uses continuous fiber rovings and resin as raw materials, winding fibers onto a rotating mandrel at set angles to form the pipe wall layer by layer. Winding angle, layer sequence and yarn arrangement are set through an industrial computer and CNC system. For sand-filled pipe production, a wet sand-filled system can be configured to mix quartz sand with resin evenly during winding, reducing resin content. The production line typically consists of a winding machine, lining machine, curing station, demoulding machine, repair machine and hydraulic testing machine, working in sequence to complete pipe forming.
