Composite Pipe Machine is a complete processing equipment set for producing FRP pipes, covering the entire process from mandrel preparation, fiber winding and resin curing to finished pipe demoulding.
Product Description
Composite Pipe Machine is intended for FRP pipe manufacturers. Multiple individual machines are combined into a complete production line according to the process flow. Fiber rovings are wound onto the mandrel surface at set angles through the yarn guide system, and resin impregnates the fibers simultaneously during winding. After winding, the pipe blank enters the curing station for heating and shaping, then is separated from the mandrel by the demoulding machine, and finally the ends and surface are treated by the repair machine. The hydraulic testing machine is used for pressure testing of finished pipes. The operating parameters of the entire production line are set and recorded by an industrial computer.
