Product Description
Filament Winding Equipment adopts a wet sand-filled system for pipe production, which more than doubles production efficiency compared with ordinary winding machines and improves the mechanical properties of sand-filled pipes. The control center uses an industrial computer. After parameters are input, the system automatically completes the winding pattern design. Servo motors and photoelectric encoders control the main axle and carriage movements. The equipment can wind ordinary glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon fiber prepreg tape, aramid fiber and basalt fiber.
