Product Description
FRP Pipe Filament Winding Making Machine uses a wet winding process. Continuous fiber rovings are impregnated in a resin bath and wound onto a rotating mandrel at set angles. Fiber placement angle and tension are controlled by servo systems, and the winding pattern is automatically generated by an industrial computer. The equipment can wind glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and basalt fiber. For sand-filled pipe production, quartz sand and resin are mixed simultaneously during winding to form the sand-filled layer.
