Maintenance Tips For Composite Winding Equipment

May 19, 2026 Leave a message

A winding machine works better when it is cleaned and checked in a regular way. Resin around the bath and guide parts should be removed before it becomes hard. The yarn path needs a quick check each shift, because dust or a rough guide can damage fiber during winding. Operators should also look at bolts, sensors, carriage

rails and the electrical cabinet every few months. For larger machines, keep a simple record of angle settings, tension changes and running noise. This record helps the service team understand the machine faster if a problem appears. Good maintenance is not complicated, but it needs to be done before production pressure becomes too high, especially during continuous orders.
