1. The reducer is a critical component of a wrapping machine, so lubrication is particularly important. Clean the interior and replace the oil after 13 days of initial use. Then, change the oil every three months or so. Do not delay or neglect to do so.
2. When lubricating non-automatic pallet wrapping machines, be careful not to drip oil onto the belt, as this can damage the belt or cause slippage.
3. Lubrication of the wrapping machine includes all meshing gears, bearings, and frequently moving parts. Daily lubrication is required, especially for large equipment that operates continuously. This is especially important to maintain the required maintenance.
4. When placing and packaging goods, be as steady and gentle as possible to avoid deformation of the chassis or shortening the life of the machine components.
5. Goods should be placed within the turntable. If the goods are too large, operate within 100mm or within the actual space available on the machine. Failure to do so may damage the machine. 6. Keep the electrical cabinet closed and regularly clean and inspect electrical components and connections to ensure proper operation.
