Carbon fiber winding machines are now used in more than aerospace work. Energy storage, sports equipment and automotive parts also need strong but lighter composite structures. The machine must guide carbon fiber tow or tape along a planned route, such as 0°, ±45° or 90°, while the tension device keeps the fiber from loosening. In daily production, we pay attention
to path accuracy, sensor feedback and the condition of the resin or prepreg feeding area. These details sound small, but they decide whether the next layer sits neatly on the mandrel. For overseas buyers, we also prepare photos and test videos before packing, so checking can be done before the machine leaves the factory and questions can be solved early.
