1. Set the "Auto/Manual/Semi-Auto" switch on the Fiberglass Wrapping Machine to "Semi-Auto." This will put the machine into semi-automatic mode.
2. Set the "Forward/Spindle/Reverse" switch to "Forward" or "Reverse." Slowly turn the spindle speed knob to begin spindle rotation.
3. Set the "Carriage Left/Right" switch to "Left" or "Right" as needed. The "Current Wrapping Mode" window will indicate the trolley's direction of movement, such as "Head" or "Foot," and the trolley will begin moving. When the spindle accelerates, the trolley automatically accelerates as well.
4. In semi-automatic winding, the initial yarn width is the value from the "Linear Design" setting. If this differs from the actual pitch in the semi-automatic mode, the yarn width can be increased or decreased using the "Trolley Acceleration" and "Trolley Deceleration" buttons.
5. The length of semi-automatic winding is arbitrary and depends on the position of the FRP winding machine's "Left Trolley Right" switch. When the switch is in the middle position, the trolley stops.
6. To stop the FRP winding machine, first place the "Left Trolley Right" switch in the middle position, then place the "Auto-Manual-Semi-Automatic" switch in the middle position to exit semi-automatic mode.
