How does fibreglass equipment operate?
The operational process of fibreglass equipment:
1. Prior to use, conduct a thorough inspection of all aspects of the equipment to ensure everything is functioning correctly before commissioning. It is essential to verify the equipment's balance beforehand; this can be easily assessed using a testing instrument, with minor adjustments made as necessary based on actual conditions.
2. First, lay the glass fibre roving layers. Next, pour and spread the resin. Repeat this process several times, applying pressure during each operation. Subsequently, open the hot water valve to facilitate heating and curing.
3. Once curing reaches the required standard, open the lift platform valve to remove the fibreglass grating panel. As pigment changes during production may contaminate the equipment, regular maintenance of the fibreglass equipment is essential to maintain its continuous operational capability.
